Corn condensed extract is the main raw material for production of antibiotics, vitamin B12, baking and fodder yeast and other production of microbiologic synthesis.
TECHNOLOGY OF CORN CONDENSED EXTRACT PRODUCTION PROCESS:
After soak of corn grain there is by-product – liquid extract. Liquid extract is condensed in rarefied air (vacuum) on evaporating plants until dry substances content is 48%.
Condensed up to 48% of dry substances extract keeps it's properties well and can be transported in tank-wagons or tank-cars over any distance.
